prior to round 3; OPEN SECTION: EF: $40 by 11/12, $50 at site (GM, IM free
entry); $$: 60% of EF returned as prizes split as follows (portions of prize
fund for section) $40%-25%-15%, Under 2000 10%, Under 1800 10%, Trophies: 1st,
2nd, top Expert, top Junior, Top out of State DCA Member; State Title plus

Trophy to Delaware Men’s Champion and Delaware Women’s Champion (DE Residents) +
free entry into next year’s championship. RESERVE SECTION (Under 1800): EF: $35
if received by 11/12, $45 at site; $$: 60% of EF returned as prizes split as
follows: $40%-25%-15%, U1600 10%,U1400 10%, Trophies: 1st, 2nd, 3rd overall, top
category-C, top category-D/Under; AMATEUR SECTION (Under 1200): EF: $15 if
received by 11/12, $20 at site; $$: books and equipment, trophies to 1st,
2nd,3rd, top junior, others based on entries (Sections may need to be
combined  for some rounds of pairing). SCHOLASTIC: (Saturday, December 2nd
