5-SS; TC: Rd 1 G/75; Rd 2 G/90; Rds 3-5, G/120;
REG: 9-9:30; RDS: 9:45 - 1:15 - 4:45, 10 - 2:30; 1/2 pt. Byes (limit 1) available; byes for rds 4 or 5 are irrevocable and must be requested prior to round 3;

OPEN SECTION: EF: $40 by 11/12, $50 at site (GM, IM free entry); $$: 60% of EF returned as prizes split as follows (portions of prize fund for section) $40%-25%-15%, Under 2000 10%, Under 1800 10%, Trophies: 1st, 2nd, top Expert, top Junior, Top out of State DCA Member; State Title plus Trophy to Delaware Men’s Champion and Delaware Women’s Champion (DE Residents) + free entry into next year’s championship.

RESERVE SECTION (Under 1800): EF: $35 if received by 11/12, $45 at site; $$: 60% of EF returned as prizes split as follows: $40%-25%-15%, U1600 10%,U1400 10%, Trophies: 1st, 2nd, 3rd overall, top category-C, top category-D/Under;

AMATEUR SECTION (Under 1200): EF: $15 if received by 11/12, $20 at site; $$: books and equipment, trophies to 1st, 2nd,3rd, top junior, others based on entries.

SCHOLASTIC: (Saturday, November 19th only); 5-SS, G/30; EF: $10, $$ books/equipment based on entries; REG: 9-9:30, Rds: 10-1145-100-230-400

QUADS (Sunday, 11/20 only; EF $20, $$50 per quad, TC: G/60; REG 9:30-10:00, RDS 10:15, 12:30, 2:30.

ALL: DCA ($10, $5 juniors) required, OSA.
