Congratulations to Jim Erskine and Phil Saponaro for becoming the new Delaware State Champions. Jim and Phil tied for first but Jim took first place in the tournament on a tie-break. Marylander Denis Strenzwilk also tied for first with 4 points and finished second overall on tie-breaks. The tournament saw perhaps its largest field ever with 67 players! The scholastic sections totalled 24 players – a fantastic turnout!
